Design District Coworking Fixed Desk Offer T&Cs

1. Offer overview 

The Design District Coworking new member offer enables customers who sign up for a 6-month Fixed Desk membership before 23 December to benefit from a month free of charge. 

2. Eligibility 

a. This offer is only available to new members of Design District Coworking. 

b. Existing Fixed Desk members are not eligible. 

c. The offer applies to Fixed Desk memberships only and cannot be used for other membership types. 

3. Membership start date 

a. The 6-month membership must commence no later than 23 December 2025. Memberships starting after this date will not qualify for the offer.

4. Payment and billing 

a. The free month applies to either December 2025 or January 2026 only.

b. The remaining five months of the 6-month term will be billed at the standard monthly rate. 

c. Standard payment terms and conditions for Design District Coworking apply. 

5. Non-transferable and non-exchangeable 

a. The offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other services. 

6. Limited availability 

a. Memberships are subject to availability. Design District reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without notice. 

7. General 

a. By taking up this offer, you agree to comply with all Design District Coworking membership terms and policies.
