Designed by creatives, for creatives, the District's houses work & breakout spaces, wellness areas, including London's only rooftop basketball court, private event areas, a restaurant, and a street food hall, across a cluster of 16 gloriously eclectic buildings, designed by eight pioneering architects.

When designing the district, our chosen eight architects prioritised natural ventilation, high ceilings, north-facing lights, and pedestrian movement, to create a healthy and happy workplace. Our brief was to create a space that they would like to work in themselves.
