One of the world’s few female Chief Creative Officers, she is former president of D&AD, has recently been named one of Britain’s most influential people within the Debrett’s 500 annual list for the second year running and is the Guardian's female icon.

Fernanda 'Fefa' Romano - ex CMO of Havaianas, CMP of King (CandyCrush & others)

‘Fefa’ is a true marketing and design innovator. In Brazil she founded Malagueta, an innovation and strategy company which also incubates and accelerates start-ups. In 2019 she became CMO of iconic brand Havaianas and now she works at gaming giant King as CMO of Candy Crush.

About Kaia Charles - cultural projects commissioner and curator

Kaia Charles is a cultural projects commissioner and curator whose work is rooted in contemporary art practice. Her work for Greenwich Peninsula involves fostering creative partnerships, bringing the work of emerging designers and artists who establish links with local communities in creative ways.  Before joining Greenwich Peninsula’s cultural team in 2014, she worked with the Victoria and Albert Museum’s Contemporary Programmes section, curating a variety of arts commissions.
